Responsibilities

Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have

Greet customers as they arrive in a friendly manner and answer the incoming calls to the agency

Respond to service request calls and emails from customers

Process customer policy change requests, secure all Trailing Documents from customers, complete Evidence of Insurance requests, document each customer contact, take premium payments from customers and handle policy cancellation requests

Help Achieve agency customer retention goals and objectives

Supervise the customer cancellation list and provide payment options to customers in a timely manner

Job Description. Our office has recently is growing and we are looking to hire the right individual who is interested in a career in the insurance business. We are currently seeking to fill a full-time property and casualty insurance licensed customer service position. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have. The position does not require sales, but will allow for some if time permits and the individual desires additional commission income.
